Quebec had first announced that this age group could make an appointment from January 12. On Friday, citizens aged 25 and over will in turn be able to get their third injection, followed by those aged 18 and over on January 17.

The third dose was already accessible to certain groups of citizens, before being accessible to the general population. Immunosuppressed people, pregnant women and healthcare workers, in particular, had access to the vaccine before the opening hours for their age group.
