For a year now, the Toulouse Football Club has been interested in Moroccan midfielder Hamza Sakhi. The Auxerrois is under contract in Yonne until June 2023 but has not yet reached an agreement with his management for a possible extension.

The Hamza Sakhi file also depends on the possible departures of players from the midfield on the Toulouse side. Branco Van den Boomen in the first place is one of the hot files on Damien Comolli’s desk. At present, according to our information, the TFC has not taken action for Hamza Sakhi and is therefore waiting to see the progress of other files in the direction of departures.
One thing is certain, in Auxerre we do not want to relive the same summer as last year when until the last moment the player was likely to leave.
Interested in the Toulouse project, the midfielder also remains attentive to the interest shown by foreign teams. At 26, Sakhi had a very good end to the season with Auxerre, scoring in particular during the play-off against AS Saint-Etienne.
