Legend of French music, Georges Brassens passed away on October 22, 1981. On the occasion of what would have been his 100th birthday, the France Télévisions teams went to meet Joël Favreau, his last guitarist.

Joël Favreau only accompanied Georges Brassens on television sets and in the studio, not on concert stages. “The three of us were lost in the middle of a big studio, behind screens, and we were all recording live, in one or two takes“, remembers Joël Favreau, who wrote a book about his friend, A few notes with Brassens.
