The students of 3rd vocational preparation from the Paul Bert vocational school in Bayonne come to share their culinary experience, they have just made a collection of tapas, the winning tapas of which will have the pleasure of being on the menu of the Ibai restaurant from December 1st.
It is the team of Médéric Jousseaume who is at the origin of the winning tapas thanks to a good use of spices. With their French teacher Vincent Simon, they share with us their passion for catering, good products and taste.
