The “loves rooms” are fully equipped rooms for customers to spend naughty evenings there. But in Martigné-Ferchaud, south of Ille-et-Vilaine, a very surprising place was chosen: an old presbytery.

In Martigné-Ferchaud (Ille-et-Vilaine), the presbytery looks like an austere mansion, but a sign indicates a completely different atmosphere. There are “love rooms”with a king bed sizea pole dance and a love swing. It was talked about above all because there is confusion. For us, it’s absolutely not licentiousness since we receive in each love room only one pair”explains Didier Louasil, ownere of “Eros”.

“The bulk of the clientele is still in their thirties and forties. It’s often to escape for a weekend, without the children”says the owner. According to statistics that are difficult to verify, 95% of customers are legitimate couples. “The fact that it’s a bit taboo, forbidden, there’s a little exciting side to it and we did it”says a woman, on condition of anonymity. The clientele is not only local. The owner ensures that his establishment is full every weekend and does not complain about attendance during the week.
