In January 2020, the Le Supervie brewery celebrated its centenary in Pau. The brasserie is open from 7 am, Juliette Pinchon wants to continue this tradition of neighborhood bistro where every hour to its customers. In front of the Halls of Pau, people come there in the morning to drink a coffee and have lunch with colleagues, friends or family. Snack time is very popular especially for its hot chocolate, a secret recipe from Juliette Pinchon’s family.
Every day the chef does his market just in front of the halls for starters and dishes that are changed daily. Be careful, don’t miss the risotto and the steak tartare! The desserts are also prepared by the chef, to note a tiramisu which makes the most greedy talk.
Juliette Pinchon absolutely wants her brasserie to be a social and friendly link in her neighborhood and the terrace is undoubtedly a plus. The brasserie opens to the rhythm of the life of the district with the halls, the traders and of course the inhabitants. Le Supervie closes in the evening to better welcome its first customers early in the morning. If you get hungry during the day, we will find a little something salty for you to settle down, that’s the spirit of the house.
This Saturday will be musical at Supervie let’s face it!
