1/4 final: the summary of PSG – OGC Nice
The capital club won at home against the Aiglons on Wednesday, continuing its journey in a competition that it has not won since 2021.
Mission accomplished for Paris Saint-Germain. Against OGC Nice, the Parisians did not tremble (3-1), Wednesday March 13, when reaching the semi-finals of the Coupe de France. With Kylian Mbappé starting and even scoring the opener (14th), Luis Enrique’s men managed to take their revenge against the Aiglons, who inflicted their only defeat in the league in September (2-3 ).
The Parisian pressing proved decisive during the first period, as Ousmane Dembélé served Fabian Ruiz for the second goal after an error from Marcin Bulka (33rd). While Nice managed to reduce the score on one of its rare opportunities thanks to Gaëtan Laborde (41st), Lucas Beraldo – for his first achievement in France – gave his team some breathing room with a header following a corner (60th). In the next round, PSG will host Rennes at the Parc des Princes on April 3.
