In Geneva (Switzerland), diplomatic negotiations between Russians and Americans on the Ukrainian question have opened. Luc Lacroix, special correspondent for France Televisions, is live from Moscow (Russia) and details the Russian position.
According to Luc Lacroix, the Russians said they did not want to invade Ukraine while the Americans threatened Russia in the event of an invasion of its neighbor.
