A few days ago, Christophe Michalak was the victim of a serious road accident while he was on a bicycle tour. The famous pastry chef was quickly taken care of and then taken to the Lariboisière hospital, (a hospital located in the tenth arrondissement of the capital, editor’s note).
Wednesday, November 10, his wife Delphine McCarty took the floor to give his news.
“After three days of big, big stress, my loving little husband is finally coming home. After a big bicycle accident: he was stuck against a car by a bus”, she started her long message on the social network in a caption accompanied by a photo of Victor’s father. “A huge thank you to the wonderful firefighters and to the entire team at Lariboisière hospital who took such good care of him.”
In her post, she also had a thought for “all those who showed us so much kindness in three days and helped us not only our team but also our neighbors, neighborhood merchants, friends, golden godmother”. Back home, Christophe Michalak will have provoked “a huge fear”. The 48 year old man gets by with “three fractures, a lot of rehabilitation …” The actress went on to say: “Obviously, things go very badly a few weeks before the Christmas holidays but nothing is impossible with a top team like ours (…) So now a little rest, a lot of hugs … and thank you life “.
Among the many comments wishing for a “good recovery” from personalities and anonymous was a message from the principal concerned. The world pastry champion in 2005 posted several hearts for the attention of his dear and tender.
