When a lyricist writes, he doesn’t necessarily know that a line from his song will hit the news, seven years later. And so, in 2017, the duo Angle Mort and Clignotant sing “Permit permit, the project of a lifetime”.
And in 2024, you heard this week on France Info, the European Parliament rejected the proposal to establish a compulsory medical examination every 15 years. So the driving license remains a license for life – even if this license arrives late.
