To celebrate his 20-year career, but also to celebrate the release of his ninth studio album, M.Pokora has decided to go on a concert tour throughout France. A tour that started this Saturday June 10, 2023 at the Arena La Défense, in front of nearly 40,000 people. Present on the set of “Touche pas à mon poste” this Monday, June 12, 2023, the 37-year-old singer has also announced his intention to add a new date to Bercy next December.
Proud of a discography that has dozens of hits, M.Pokora also explained that he had to make a choice to compose his famous set-list. Among the hits performed on stage: some of his new album entitled “Épicentre” but also and above all old hits such as “Cetteannée”. In 2016, M.Pokora had indeed surprised his fans by deciding to bet on an album covering songs by Claude François… which turned out to be a real success.
Claude François Jr, the son of Claude François who was delighted with this project, returns today to this opus while praising M.Pokora. The 54-year-old man indeed signs the preface to the book “M.Pokora, a prince in the stars” written by Pierre Pernez and which will be published this Thursday, June 15, 2023. “Matt Pokora continues to surprise his audience and the media by being most often where you least expect it.
