More beautiful life, It’s finish ! The last episode of the soap opera was shot last Thursday, September 29 in Marseille, plunging the actors into deep emotion. But the PBLV family is also sad and in tears for another, far more dramatic reason. The screenwriter and co-creator of the series, Bénédicte Achard died of cancer.
The death book unveiled by our colleagues from Free lunchindicates that a final tribute will be paid to him on Tuesday, October 4: “We will remember her inimitable laughter, this Tuesday, October 4, at 2.30 p.m. and bananas as part of a ceremony where everyone can say their Béné. The tribute will take place in Vallabrix (30), a village that she loved so much, in the presence of his mother, his brothers, his family, his friends, Ponette his dog, a few birds, full of music, full of sadness and – against all odds – an immense confidence in an inevitably radiant future, which ‘she promised all of us before leaving much much much too quickly”.
His family insisted on “particularly thank the teams of the Paoli-Calmettes Institute in Marseille, for having tried to fight by his side and until the end this disease which left no chance to our dear Béné”.
It was alongside Georges Desmouceaux, Olivier Szulzynger and Magaly Richard-Serrano that she created More beautiful life. Besides, his colleague had shared a screenshot of the credits on his account instagram stating that the Friday, September 30 episode was dedicated “in memory of Bénédicte Achard”. “Nope…”she captioned.
