Broadcast for the very first time in June 2003, the show “La Méthode Cauet” celebrates its 20th anniversary this year. To celebrate this anniversary as it should, the C8 channel has decided to produce a new bonus presented by the star hosts of the old program, namely Sébastien Cauet and Cécile de Ménibus. This Thursday, April 27, 2023, the two former acolytes were thus at the controls of a special program in which the most cult sequences of the program formerly offered on TF1, were rebroadcast.
As a reminder, the concept of the show, which has been a success for five great years, was simple: the guests sit in an armchair with a sensor attached to the fingertip, supposed to detect the lies and the stress of the guest. Cauet was then in charge of the interview of the host in question but many pranks and many happenings very often disturbing the whole…
This anniversary bonus, which lasted more than two hours, made it possible to remember that the host received the biggest international stars on set from Penélope Cruz and Salma Hayek to Will Smith and Celine Dion. Visibly nostalgic for the 2000s, the period in which he made his debut, Mr. Pokora was thus in front of his post and was surprised to discover a sequence of him on the show, many years ago. Of course, the singer had a completely different look and a very different physical appearance, which caused his shock. “Ah yeah I really started baby actually…” he quipped on Twitter by sharing a photo of him during his time on the show.
If the singer seems to have appreciated this return to the program, many other Internet users have also expressed their enthusiasm.
