The selection of three gourmet Hispanic addresses by blogger Audrey Mislin

In Bordeaux, first address: Buenavida at 42 Rue des Trois Conils. A jovial staff, a relaxed service, it’s always a pleasure because it’s good to live there. This grocery store is also a cellar and a Hispanic canteen. They offer a wide selection of Iberian charcuterie but also crazy dishes, such as Iberian pork meat pata negra. The second address is at 7 Rue de la Tour de Gassies not far from the Place du Palais. An establishment that bears the name of the famous French film by Cédric Klapisch starring Romain Duris and Audrey Tautou: L’Auberge Espagnole. If you like pimientos de padron, this is the place. They also do loads of typical tapas & serve a good selection of Spanish wines as well as homemade sangria. Finally, third address: towards Place Saint-Pierre at 16 Rue des Argentiers at Bodega El Pata Negra. Authentic Spanish tapas at a unique value for money. The tapas are cooked on site using fresh, quality products. The Pata Negra ham (Iberian acorn-fed ham) is finely cut with a knife and ordered by Mr ROMERO Antonio, its Manager. The sangria is homemade too.

Both in the field and behind the scenes, this double role allowed me to know the ins and outs of this sector. In 2018 Audrey Mislin founded her communication agency dedicated to restaurateurs and specialized in E-reputation InfluencesFood and the C’bordeaux Blog.
