Investigators have new intriguing elements in the case of Delphine’s disappearance Jubillar, whose husband remains the main suspect. They collected the confidences made to a fellow inmate at Toulouse prison (Haute-Garonne).
Neither body nor confession. In the Jubillar case, investigators and lawyers clash relentlessly. And from prison, Cédric Jubillar, the husband of the deceased, proclaims his innocence. The file is more complex than ever. The gendarmes accumulate the elements against Cédric Jubillar, such as the testimony of a fellow detainee. Last September, a prisoner in Toulouse (Haute-Garonne) prison asked to be interviewed by an investigator in charge of the investigation into the disappearance of Delphine Jubillar.
The man, with a heavy judicial past, is in solitary confinement in the cell next to that of Cédric Jubillar. The latter would have confessed to him having stabbed his wife out of jealousy. He also said he had buried his wife’s body in Cagnac-les-Mines, near a ruined farm. Comments made in front of his current companion, as this one confirms to France Televisions, Tuesday January 11. The lawyers of Cédric Jubillar, them, sweep the testimony of the fellow detainee and prefer to insist on a new element. The evening of her disappearance, Delphine Jubillar would have left the family home of her own free will.
