Florent Pagny still fighting illness
For his part, Florent Pagny, who wants to be discreet on social networks, continues to fight against his lung cancer. “I have to make a somewhat special announcement, I won’t be able to finish my 60th anniversary tour. I have just been diagnosed with a lung tumor, a not very friendly cancerous tumor which cannot be operated on, explains the artist. I have to enter a six month protocol of chemotherapy and x-rays. I’m sorry. In life, the most important thing is health and when you have a problem it becomes a priority.”it is with these words that the artist announced his illness in January 2021.
In remission after several relapses, the 61-year-old singer recently received a rather positive diagnosis regarding a possible return of the disease. “I’ve gotten used to being fine, but a simple check can reshuffle the cards” declared the one who had to undergo emergency surgery last August.
