On Wednesday May 17, 2023, Amandine Petit unveiled her first book entitled, I decided to dare, in which she looks back on her participation in the Miss Normandy and Miss France elections which she won in 2020 and 2021. She also participated in Miss Universe afterwards. Passing through Buzz TV, the beauty spoke behind the scenes of this planetary event in which the competition between the participants raged!
“I look under the table and there were no more my shoes except that we are five minutes from getting on the stage”, she told the two hosts, specifying in passing that her level of English is not the most famous. And “in a position of stress, it is even worse”. “My colleague, who was also my room partner, told me: ‘We took them from you, but listen, don’t worry. Well, at worst, I’ll go like that, without shoes”.
The misadventures did not stop there since in addition to the theft of his shoes, there was the loss of another important element.v”My shoes were stolen. A few hours before arriving there, unfortunately, for someone else’s happiness, I lost all my make-up. They put them on again afterwards…” She was able to fix the disappearance of her shoes. “I went to see them (the organization) and suddenly they have plenty of other pairs.” As a reminder, Amandine Petit did not imitate her friend Iris Mittenaere, crowned in 2016. The Normande ranked third. “I was too happy”she confided. 13 has always been a lucky number. She was asked about her private life as well. “It’s a question that littered my year of Miss France and again after”she replied. “For everything related to the question of the couple, I never talked about it. I always talked about my family, my friends, my grandmother. I never talked about my couple, because I already reveal a lot on social networks”.
