Oil infrastructure and a fuel depot were targeted.
Thick columns of black smoke rose in the sky over Odessa. “This city in the south of the country is strategic, it is the main access to the Black Sea”, informs Marc de Chalvron. “It is also a Russian-speaking city, of about one million inhabitants, which has a long history intertwined with that of Russia.
