The Rocket loses for the first time in 5 games

(Rochester) Despite a goal and two assists from Jesse Ylonen, the Laval Rocket lost 4-3 in Rochester to the Americans on Wednesday.

Ethan Prow ended the debate at 4:19 in overtime.

After rounding the net, Jack Quinn put it back in the slot to Prow, who beat Kevin Poulin above the left shoulder.

Sean Malone tallied a 17and net for the Americans, whose other scorers were Linus Weissbach and Mark Jankowski.

Winning keeper Ukko-Pekka Luukkonen made 27 saves; he was also foiled by Jean-Sébastien Dea and Xavier Ouellet.

Poulin stopped 29 shots.

The Rocket’s next games are Thursday and Saturday in Cleveland.
