The Lauriers de la Gastronomie organization has announced the return of the face-to-face gala in the spring. It will be held in June, at a location that has yet to be revealed. The indescribable Christian Bégin will always be hosting.

“This year in particular, after a hard and trying odyssey that will have lasted too long, it is in JOY that we will find ourselves,” says the actor and host, who will once again team up with the founder of the event, Christine Plante.
The jury will be chaired by chef and restaurateur Marc-André Jetté (Hoogan & Beaufort, etc.). Its members are Alexandre Taillefer, Anita Feng, Colombe St-Pierre, Marie-Fleur Saint-Pierre, Lesley Chesterman, Paul Toussaint and Sophie Allaire.
Applications are now open for the 16 award categories and can be submitted by the “brigade” of more than 5,000 catering professionals until April 8.
