After a two-year hiatus, the Festival Fous de théâtre returns to L’Assomption from August 24 to 27. The 4e edition will be an opportunity to discover various pieces of contemporary Quebec creation.

From the Théâtre du Coin to the courtyard of the Collège de l’Assomption, passing by the unmissable Théâtre Hector-Charland and Place Saint-Joachim, the city center of the Assumption will come alive to the rhythm of a dozen shows and almost as much street entertainment. Primeurs, revivals and “work in progress”.
Once again this year, the festival’s spokespersons are two culture and entertainment enthusiasts: host and author Émilie Perreault and author and actor Simon Boulerice. These latter will give a performance of their own during the event. An illustrated reading in real time of geolocate love (in the case of Boulerice) and a public reading of The consented suspension of disbeliefa solo by Émilie Perreault.
