In 1985, the first Restos du Cœur campaign was launched and 8.5 million meals were distributed.
36 years later, the needs of the poor are still there and the 70,000 volunteers of the Restaurants are mobilized all year round to meet them, within the 1,923 centers that the association includes.
Because one meal is not enough
Food aid helps emergency aid but above all represents the privileged point of contact to allow support towards autonomy.
