In Bénac, the bar-restaurant “La Pastourelle” was one of those restaurants where people came to have a drink with friends or organize family celebrations, stopping for breakfast in the morning for example or for lunch with the family. In 2011 the establishment was the victim of a fire and it was finally the mayor of the village who bought it for the municipality and rebuilt it. The result is superb wood, glass is beautiful and warm with a very pretty terrace.
The reopening 10 years later is an event on March 21, 2021, Jordan Gaillanou lights his brand new piano!
Jordan Gaillanou is a young chef who has a very educational background and he is proud of it.
