On paper, it’s the second leg quarter-final with the least suspense. With a two-goal lead after the 3-1 victory in the first leg, Liverpool are on track to qualify for the Champions League semi-finals on Wednesday April 13. But this competition has its share of surprises every year. The Reds will therefore have to be wary of this meeting, stalled between two confrontations with Manchester City.

Especially since Benfica, in difficulty this year in the league, plays its end of the season on this meeting at Anfield. Jürgen Klopp must therefore succeed in motivating his troops so that the players remain concerned. In the fight for the title in the Premier League and qualified for the semi-finals of the Champions League, the teammates of Sadio Mané and Mohamed Salah hope to win everything this season.
