Invited to the set of “Chez Jordan” this Monday, February 6, 2023, Francis Lalanne announced that he intended to end his career after a very last show with Dieudonné… But that’s not all, the singer is also returned to the highlights of his career and in particular when he interpreted the character of Narcissus in the cult France 2 program “Fort Boyard”.
A role which the singer gave up in 2020, pushed towards the exit by the production which had justified this choice by arguing that the insurance no longer supported people over the age of 60… False information according to the main interested party who had indicated in the process that he was convinced that this exclusion was due to his membership in the movement of yellow vests. And for good reason, the artist had made a point of pointing out that the actor who plays him Father Fouras was “seven years older” than him (four in reality, editor’s note).
Thus, while Francis Lalanne had decided to bring the case before the industrial tribunal, the artist’s lawyer had asked for 20,000 euros in damages, 7,200 euros in compensation and the return of the clothes of the character played by the singer.
A case won
A case that Francis Lalanne returned to during his interview with Jordan de Luxe. Indeed, the latter announced that he had won the lawsuit: Fort Boyard ! It’s unfair dismissal and I won the case”he said before recalling the reason why he had been excluded from the program according to him: It’s because I wore a yellow vest and it’s a shame! We mixed up the fact that I am engaged and it is not normal! It is a shame to have yielded to political pressure! », did he declare.
