Fifteen years after the end of the group revealed in pop starsAlexandra, Marjorie, Coralie, Claire L and Louisy Joseph have made an appointment for two shows: Generation Hit Machine and The Secret Song in order to reconnect with the L5s. On this occasion, Alexandra posted a photo of the whole group with the following message on Instagram: “First time in 15 years that we haven’t been on a TV set together! We shot 2 shows the day this photo was taken and everything was as before, it’s as if we had left each other the day before !”.
While waiting to discover their performance, Claire L. was invited to RTL in the show We redo the TV. The opportunity for her to explain why they agreed to meet to sing together fifteen years later. “It’s true that, there, it was perhaps the moment when we were sure we all wanted it. Me, I know that I wanted it to be at five or nothing… So it’s complicated at five!” justified the one who tried her luck in The Voice 2.
And for those who dream that this will lead to other projects, Claire L. does not seem closed to this idea since she added: “Honestly, we hadn’t necessarily thought of it, but we were offered the Hit Machine, we wanted to celebrate our 20th birthday, which had fallen into full confinement so complicated to develop… And then sometimes it only takes a few things , invitations like this where we have the opportunity to remember that our audience is still there and would like to see us again. So it’s a bit vague, but we’ll try to do something! likes to make music, I like to be on stage, so I always want to. After that, you have to be able to achieve, it has to be viable, everyone has to agree… is a whole thing!”. The message got through!
As a reminder, the group had begun to suffer from the departure of Claire L. after five years of being “like the five members of a star”. Alexandra, Coralie and Marjorie had embarked on a new project with two new recruits who took up their classics with them.
