The real influencers 2023 | Change (a little) the world

The wars drag on. Social crises are devastating. Injustices sometimes make you want to scream. And sometimes you want to look away. It is understandable. In such circumstances, the desire to withdraw into oneself increases. To this temptation, we oppose the need to get to know exceptional beings: the real 2023 influencers of The Press.

Last year, we had the ambition to add an unmissable fall event to our collective agenda. We were motivated by the idea of shining a spotlight on those whose motivation is rooted in the desire to improve the world around them. These people who choose to use their talents and their energy to make society a little more just, a little more vibrant. Thus was born the real influencers project, our way of paying tribute to exceptional humans who dream big and see wide.

A year later, by noting the quality, scope and diversity of the applications that you submitted to us for this second selection, we had proof that our intuition was justified: portraits that inspire us and which elevate us, you you want it, you even need it.

When you meet them, you will be sometimes surprised, sometimes touched, always inspired. Your heart will be filled with hope, which is no small feat at the end of a difficult year for many. We even allow ourselves to hope that you too will want to roll up your sleeves to complete a project that excites you, to embrace an idea, a cause, an adventure.

In closing, allow me to take my hat off to my many colleagues involved in this ambitious project. Their energy and creativity allow us to offer you an exceptional edition. And we’ll see you next fall, for the real influencers of 2024!

Good reading !
