What exactly is the LP Promotion group? How do you differentiate yourself from other real estate developers?
LP Promotion is a local real estate promotion group. We like to advertise ourselves as a promoter of the territories. We are from Toulouse, I am from Toulouse. Our headquarters are still in Toulouse. I think we are a company with strong values.
Are you committed to eco-responsibility?
We recently invested in biobased materials, directly at the source, by investing in a company in Occitania, a local nugget (Briques technic Concept) which makes mud bricks and which makes it possible to build houses in a very ecological way but also buildings up to three levels of mud brick housing. We took a minority stake in this company that we want to grow at the national level.
You are also the support of several sports clubs, including the TFC What does it consist of?
The TFC is the tip of the iceberg, we are a partner of 70 sports, cultural and charitable associations and clubs. I like to say that we are promoters of the territories. We support the territories in which we register. To shine nationally, I needed a flag bearer. And I find Téfécé, for which I have a great deal of personal affection, having gone there with my father when I was little. I’ve been going to the Stadium for about thirty years and it’s a source of pride for me and for the company to be able to be on this jersey as a unique sponsor. Six years as a jersey sponsor, twelve years as a partner. So 18 years of partnership. Which materialized last year by a jersey partnership over the coming years for the rise in Ligue 1 and to perpetuate the club in Ligue 1 and make it play the first places. This is the objective of Téfécé. If we can also humbly help this club to grow, I think it will be a very good common story.
