Created in 1985 by Jacqueline Franjou and Jean-Claude Brialy, the Ramatuelle Festival aimed to promote this small Provençal village renowned for its beauty and the protection of its sites. Today, the reputation of the Ramatuelle Festival is firmly established in France and abroad.
2007 sees the arrival of Michel Boujenah as artistic director of the festival.

The July 27, 28 and 29the Ramatuelle festival is home to the Nuits Classiques, 3 evenings specially dedicated to classical music
