The polemicist is also ready to use his personal resources. As a reminder, candidates can be reimbursed for 47.5% of election expenses if they obtain more than 5% of the votes, and only 800,000 euros maximum below this score. Some parties, like those of Marine Le Pen or Arnaud Montebourg, cannot find banks willing to lend them money for various reasons.
