The producer restaurant in Lanne (65): L’Etable Gourmande

Christophe, Julien and Gérald produce most of the products that end up on the plates of their restaurant l’Etable Gourmande. They all raise cows and each develop different products; honey, chickens, sunflower for oil, Tarbais beans, even part of the soya fed to animals, comes from their farms. If they do not produce themselves, they call on local resources and short circuits, as for the wine which comes for example from the cellars of Jurançon, Madiran, or Saint Mont.

Old-fashioned recipes for gourmets

With the help of their cooks, these passionate farmers present a menu made up exclusively of homemade dishes. Thanks to their farms, they offer menus made only from seasonal products. Avocado-goat cheese mousse, peasant tart, veal axoa or banoffee, everything is made on site. L’Etable Gourmande is located in Lanne between Tarbes and Lourdes, and when you come you will always find Christophe, Julien or Gérald there!
