Proof of this is with Matt Pokora who, as our colleagues from Close, has just lowered the price of his sumptuous villa in the Var.
Because of this, we can understand that the artist and the mother of her two children Isaiah and Kenna, Christina Milian, are no longer going to spend their summer holidays in the south of France as they used to do since. several years. But for the moment, given the situation, the couple will probably be able to return to their villa for one more year in July and August. Since no compromise has yet been signed. However, the house has serious potential. Its area is 230 m2 with four bedrooms, “a gym, a heated swimming pool, a basketball hoop, but also a football field”, note our colleagues.

Faced with the lack of visits and offers, Matt Pokora nevertheless made the choice to lower the price of his property by 200,000 euros. This is approximately equivalent to the rate of notary fees which is usually between 7 and 8% in addition to the net seller or FAI price (agency fees included: editor’s note). It remains to be seen whether this will be enough to find the so desired buyer. And if the latter, once the compromise has been signed, will not retract during the period of the following 10 days, and go as far as the deed of sale.
