Accompanied by local elected officials, he spoke with employees and apprentices of the company. In the naval base of Cherbourg (Manche), he received military honors before presenting his wishes to the armies. From the outset, he reaffirmed France’s support for Ukraine.
A generalization of the SNU which presents difficulties
The Head of State also promised a significant boost to the universal national service (SNU), without further details. Tuesday evening, during his press conference, he promised its generalization in second grade, which is not without presenting difficulties, according to experts. “It cannot ask the armies to do what was done at the time of military service.
