The President (LREM) of the National Assembly, Richard Ferrand, announced on RTL, Thursday, December 30, that he will make a “precise point” in January with the Ministers of the Interior, Gérald Darmanin, and of Justice, Eric Dupond-Moretti, on the threats and attacks against elected officials which are multiplying. It will be “both to identify the state of the situation, to check that the complaints have been followed up with research and to see where we are in terms of justice behind, because the perpetrators must obviously be punished”, he clarified.
