The president of the French Rugby Federation Bernard Laporte announced on his Twitter account having tested positive for Covid-19 on Saturday February 12. In fact, he will not be able to attend the second match of the Six Nations Tournament between the XV of France and the XV of Clover and is now in isolation.
The former international and coach had a word for Fabien Galthié’s players: “All my thoughts go out to our XV of France who face the Irish team at the Stade de France this afternoon”he encouraged in his Twitter post.
I have tested positive for COVID-19 and in accordance with health rules, I am in isolation.
