It was rue Henri Barbusse in Amiens that Moana Poke decided to settle more than a year ago. Poke is a main dish of Hawaiian cuisine that is all the rage throughout France. Arriving in Amiens with its original recipes, Robin and the Moana Poke have also met with great success. He shares with us some recipes.

On the Moana Poke instagram page you can also vote to compose your own recipe. For example this month find “Le Punawa”. Vinegar rice, marinated salmon, cherry tomatoes, avocado, edamame, cream cheese, cucumbers, mixed seeds and crispy onion with a sweet sesame sauce.
