The Poitevin skater Léa Serna competes in her world debut in Montpellier

The Poitevin skater Léa Serna, student of Brian Joubert, takes part in her first world championships currently taking place in Montpellier. The one who did not manage to qualify for the Olympic Games will give everything in this competition which takes place from March 23 to 27. The French now Olympic champions Gabriella Papadakis and Guillaume Cizeron also defend the colors of France.

Léa Serna will first play the short program on Wednesday March 23, before moving on to the free program on the evening of Friday March 25. She is the only Frenchwoman to compete in the women’s category. The skater who trains in Poitiers has finished 12th in the European Championships which took place in Estonia last January.
