In the space of four minutes, darkness sets in from Mexico to Canada via the United States thanks to an eclipse solar total, Monday April 8. Specialists call this route “the path of totality”. From Indianapolis to Niagara Falls, this plunge into darkness provides the same fascination for spectators. 211 seconds of darkness to immortalize a unique moment.
Special flights
“The sun goes down and suddenly it gets very cold. The clouds move in very quickly and suddenly the sun comes out. It was really incredible”, explains a spectator. To avoid the clouds, some had chosen to board a special flight. Others preferred to celebrate their love during the eclipse by getting married.
