Three tales, three eras, three countries and the same talent: Michel Ocelot, 78, has a good eye and always the same desire to tell stories for young and old. Adults who, for some, grew up with him and who now go to the cinema with their children.

For Auvergne, I almost did a ‘normal’ Middle Ages and quite Suddenly I had an idea that I would describe as brilliant: to go to Auvergne twice, in the fall and in the spring. And for the third tale, I allowed myself some fantasies: it’s a turkey, something pretty without trying to do anything right.”
