Recall that the Conservative candidate and mayor of Saint-Lambert-de-Lauzon, Olivier Dumais, lost by 202 votes against the candidate of the Coalition Avenir Québec, Luc Provençal, while 372 ballots were rejected.

The request should be heard next Wednesday at the Saint-Joseph-de-Beauce courthouse. If accepted, the counting will take place afterwards.

The PCQ had already announced that it would not ask for a judicial recount in the riding of Beauce-Sud, despite another tight result.
