What is the series about?
The series talks a lot about therapy based on the family constellation and body memory. Sevgi will indeed meet Zaman, who does group sessions and invites participants to bring their family history out of their unconscious, from their childhood to today, but also going back to previous generations, in order to treat the ills of the present. .
At the same time, the three women have rather eventful lives.
Sevgi learns more about her illness while trying to find true love. Ada is fired from the hospital where she worked, following a medical error. As if that weren’t enough, she comes across her ex with whom she had a complicated history with in the past. As for Leyla, she discovers that her husband has gone bankrupt and suddenly finds herself penniless, with her son. We will therefore follow their three journeys, at a pivotal moment in all three of their lives.
So, do we watch Le Chemin de l’Olivier or not?
It’s a beautiful story of friendship, love, but also a spiritual journey. The series deals with the cross-generational bonds that connect us to our family members, whether we like it or not. She speaks above all of the necessary awareness that will help to get rid of the repetitive patterns of our lives. A very moving and rhythmic series, which gives pride of place to introspection and resilience.
