The “Pastel’s” restaurant in Orléans offers creative Afro-Latin cuisine.

A new concept that revisits pastels by fusing West African and South American street food to offer creative Afro-Latin cuisine. The concept is available with table service but also in corner food with take-out and delivery.

Pastel’s is a story of travel, sharing and the love of cooking. The concept of “turnover” which consists in stuffing a dough, closing it and cooking it is universal and present in the four corners of the planet. There are many variations around the world, prepared with different doughs, fillings, cooking methods and times.

The star product here is the slipper, it can be savory or sweet. It is called “Pastel” in West Africa, “Empanadas” in South America, “Rissoles” in France, “Coca” in Algeria…

With us, they are homemade with quality ingredients and lots of love.

At Pastel’s you will not find big brands of sodas or industrial processed products with preservatives and artificial colors!

From dough to drinks, including desserts, with us, everything is fresh, local, organic or from sustainable agriculture! We only offer products that we can be proud of.

From Dakar to Buenos Aires, come and discover a unique address for a wonderful culinary journey.
