One day after thousands of students in Île-de-France received an email threatening an attack on their digital workspace (ENT), tension did not subside in the region, Thursday March 21. The Paris prosecutor’s office has opened an investigation.
Alongside the students of a high school in Sèvres (Hauts-de-Seine), Thursday March 21 in the morning, there are police officers on duty. The symbol of a psychosis that does not subside. Because on the evening of Wednesday, thousands of students in the Ile-de-France region received a message threatening an Islamist attack on their digital workspace (ENT) messaging system. A text warning them that on March 21, their high school would explode.
Reinforcement security brigades
The threat, signed by an author who claims to be from the Islamic State group, was accompanied by a video showing the beheading of two people. High school officials immediately notified the police. The buildings were searched until 2 a.m., with no explosives found. If it could be a hoax, 10 security brigades in the region are mobilized to help the police. The Île-de-France region filed a complaint, and the Paris prosecutor’s office opened an investigation.
