While celebrating his 25th year on the RTBF newscast, the journalist told the magazine Cinema-TV-Review that he had received a guest during his long career who had not lived up to his expectations. This Thursday, December 1, François De Brigode has indeed assured that he does not have good memories of the day he received the illustrious singer of “Take me”.
Described as detestable during the interview, Charles Aznavour would have shown himself “brittle” and “pretentious”, assures François De Brigode. And to reveal the context of their estrangement: “It went very badly with Charles Aznavour, who came when the far right had won the elections in Austria”.
