The Orléanais, who recently took the metro in Paris, inevitably fell on it. The CHR d’Orléans is currently carrying out a promotional campaign on the walls of the metro and RER.

This advertising and recruitment campaign is available in three posters but only one message : the Orleans CHR is hiring! We highlighted the modernity of our hospital and our technical platforms but also the living environment in the Loiret” Explain Olivier Boyer, the director of the Orleans hospital. On one of the posters, we discover a sunset over the Loire and its boats ” We know that the movement of departures of Parisians has accelerated since the Covid so we play on it to interest, to attract“confirms Olivier Boyer.

Already in 2021, the Orleans hospital had carried out a similar campaign. And the feedback was quite positive says Olivier Boyer. ” We have CVs coming in, they are put on a common platform and this allows all department heads to take them up and make contacts”. And any contact is good to take when we know that currently, there are a hundred vacant nursing positions at the Orleans hospital.

On the cost of this campaign, the director of the hospital explains that he does not have the figures in mind. ” But, I know that the RAPT was nice to us on the rates. She is sensitive to the question of caregivers and also to the problem of our region which is even more affected than the others by medical desertification.

A new special CHU campaign?

The hospital has already programmed another promotional campaign in Paris next May, to highlight the transformation of the CHR into a CHU, University Hospital Center. The Prime Minister confirmed this development last February and we are now awaiting the practical details. “It will obviously be an additional attractiveness argument” recognizes Olivier Boyer.
