Ten days after the fire that ravaged the Super U in La Tranche-sur-Mer, in Vendée, the management of the shopping center announced on Saturday September 17 the forthcoming opening of“a temporary U EXPRESS store which will be located at the location of the current U LOISIRS”. Enough to “meet the needs of the Tranchaise and surrounding population”adds the group, recalling in particular that the service station on site is open.

On Wednesday September 7, a violent fire broke out in the only supermarket in La Tranche-sur-Mer, the Super U. The fire took place in the reserve, without causing any casualties. Up to 83 firefighters were mobilized to put it out.
