“The objective is to ensure one TGV in two this weekend”declares Christophe Fanichet, CEO of SNCF Voyageurs, Wednesday February 14 on franceinfo, while controllers are called to strike this weekend of February 17-18, in the middle of the winter school holidays.

The railway company is in the process of “finalize” his transportation plan “with one objective: to have as many TGVs as possible”, he specifies. This plan will be known this Wednesday afternoon. “Each controller at his post” will allow “500 French people to go on vacation”would like to remind Christophe Fanichet.

Among the priorities set by SNCF: “make as many trains leave as possible in the snow. The objective is to ensure departures and returns in the snow, and on that I am very confident”adds the CEO of SNCF Voyageurs who judges this “incomprehensible movement”.
