A sentence greater than the requisitions. The Foix Assize Court (Ariège) sentenced, Friday November 24, nurse Marie-José Montesinos and her ex-lover Jean-Paul Vidal to 30 years in prison for an assassination and a murder committed in 2017 in Ariège.

The court attached the sentence of Marie-José Montesinos to a security period of 20 years, beyond the requisitions in this case where the prosecution had presented her as the instigator of the assassination of her former companion Christophe Orsaz and the latter’s daughter, present by chance during the ambush set by the accused.

The 61-year-old nurse and the 53-year-old stunt mechanic are accused of having murdered Christophe Orsaz, the caregiver’s ex-companion, on November 30, 2017, and of having subsequently killed her 18-year-old daughter. , Célia, present by chance during the ambush they had set on the landscape gardener.
