The number of people hospitalized in intensive care for Covid-19 drops below 2,000, according to figures from Public Health France published on Wednesday March 9. This is the first time that this number has fallen below this bar since December 2, 2021.
France has 21,509 people hospitalized for a coronavirus infection, including 1,962 in intensive care. On Wednesday March 2, a week ago, there were 23,840 people in hospital, including 2,329 in intensive care.
