The big winner of the Miss Provence 2022 competition already has a goal in mind! Elected in Istres this Friday, July 29, Chana Goyons has a favorite subject: the fight against bullying at school. “It’s important to me” justifies the beauty queen at the France Bleu Provence microphone.
Herself the victim of many insults at school, Chana Goyons was rejected because of her height: “I was already 1m80 at 12 years old. I was called anorexic in college, I was sidelined. I suffered a lot from it” reveals the Varoise, originally from Gassinnow 18 years old.
More than 4 months of public appearance by the Miss France contest
With her new status, Chana Goyons wants to change mentalities, in the light of her own journey. “I used all the teasing as a strength, to finally manage to evolve.”
To concentrate on her task during her public appearances, the native of Saint-Tropez intends to give her all. Having just graduated from the baccalaureate, with honors (19 in philosophy!), Chana Goyons took a sabbatical year. A way to put the odds on your side, to go as far as possible in the Miss France adventure. “Determined”, the hardest part begins for the Varoise. Of course with the desire to make Provence shine, by winning the election of Miss France 2023, scheduled for December 18, 2022.
